For what it's worth, I've gotten 4 payouts since the issues started....all were between 2k and 3k and all took 1-2 weeks.

I think (hope) these folks are going to turn it around, so (thinking positive) I've gone back to making my "normal" plays (about 400-500 on each game instead of 100-200).

The stuff about jyummi not having been paid is a BIT of a red flag....so I hope that gets resolved.

Is anyone else still unpaid at this point?? And for those who HAVE been paid, how long did it take??

Surprised you said that. Do you know something we are missing?

Or just trying to be postive?

Just from reading all the available signals, such as:

-they continue to pay
-they are reducing limits on sharp bettors
-managing their lines quite well
-reasonable promos
-CS is responsive
-still offering a wide menu of betting options

A big red flag would be if there were juicy numbers sitting there all day, but that isn’t the case.

If they can get caught up on the payment backlog, and get back to the 1-2 day payouts they should become a long term viable book. Especially given the current state of affairs we’ve seen with the BetNow thefts, WagerWeb slow pays, etc.

Hello,



I made an account at Bettor’s Den last Saturday. I made a $1,000 deposit and took the 75% freeplay bonus. I quickly realized my mistake when after I won my freeplay wager my rollover was $26,000. I guess here it’s deposit + bonus + winnings instead of the normal deposit + bonus or deposit + winnings. I managed to finish my rollover on July 2nd. I did $14,000 in sports wagering action and $12,000 in casino. My current balance is $9,089. I submitted my payout on July 2nd for my balanced and had to pay a $90 fee. I was told payouts take 48 hours. My KYC was completed the same day I submitted the payout. Here’s where I’m growing concerned.



My payout was originally rejected because they claimed I had not completed my rollover. However I responded and they realized they didn’t factor casinos action, they assured me the payout was good to go and apologized for their mistake.



Now I’m being told after being given a time frame that they don’t have a time frame for when I’ll receive payment. I don’t care about waiting, or even if it takes a week to get paid. I don’t like flip flopping and that’s what it looks like. Really disorganized book. The reasons for making this post aren’t because I’m impatient, just to share my red flags.



-Book rejected payout based on their mistake and I the client had to remind them to implement casino action.



-Book went from giving a 24-48h timeframe to now claiming there is no timeframe.



-Charges a 1% fee but doesn’t pay in a timely fashion in my personal opinion.

-Bonus is deposit + winnings + Freeplay amount which is not the normal.

Sounds like you handled everything the right way and have good reason to be cautious. It’s definitely concerning when a book changes payout timelines and makes errors in tracking rollover. The 1% fee plus unclear processing times doesn’t give a great impression either. Hopefully they sort it out soon, but it’s smart that you’re documenting everything and warning others to be careful. Keep us updated on how it goes.
