Hi!
I recently started playing at Heritage sports again. I sent 1500 dollars prior to week 1 NFL. Won 1200. Then I played a 4 team open teaser for 2500. I placed three legs, wanting to place the 4th leg later, but before I could finish the teaser they flagged my account and asked to reverify myself. Which I did and passed yet they closed my account anyways.
Three of the four legs already won, coulndt put in the last one cause my account got flagged
And now they wanna keep all but 200 dollars.
My account number at Heritage is 134981.

Well syndicates don’t play parlays so they have no excuse. Well well well heritage should be shut down

Based on the description- yes, if they close an account due to a player simply being deemed “sharp” - with no other reason - any pending plays should be graded as soon as practicable and paid.

In this case - since there remains an open leg - it should be voided and graded as a 3 team play.

Let’s see if Heritage acknowledges and what they have to say. No reason to doubt OP as we are getting more and more of these stories about Heritage - but as always any party is innocent until the evidence is shown on both sides.

I just got this from them

"We will send two payments, starting today.
We will use this first address, and on Monday next week, please send us a new address for the second payment.
You got 4004 on your account.
Thanks"

If that is so, I guess I will owe them an apology
I added "RESOLVED" in the title.
