Read the entire post for the best part......

So this kid plays for 2 years at Bama then goes into the draft. According to NCAA rules, once you play in college and then go into the draft (there's a deadline to back out of the draft that was exceeded), you don't get to return to college.

He played 3 years in G-league without an NBA contract.

Bama asked NCAA to allow him to return. NCAA said no. Bama appealed. NCAA said no again. Bama and Bediako sue and ask for a restraining order to allow him to play immediately.

Judge says... OK. Why did the judge side with Bama/Bediako?????
BEST PART: The judge is a BIG DONOR to the Crimson Tide Athletic program. Like $300-$400k type donor. He failed to disclose the conflict of interest and recuse himself.

Anyone else, see the corruption taking place throughout the entire system?

This situation is different than the Baylor James Nnaji issue since Nnaji never entered college prior to entering the draft.

Not that I like th Nnaji scenario any more than the Bediako one but, it is a different issue.

If a lot of the coaches were livid over the Nnaji situation, which they were, they have to be going crazy with this new one.

Lebron James never entered college.

Rumor has it, USC is considering asking for a waiver from the NCAA to allow him to come and finish his 4 years of college eligibility.

I jest, (sort of) but who knows it may happen. Anyone else think this is getting ridiculous?

This Judge should be ashamed of himself.

Bama’s brand is taking too many hits pulling stunts like this. You don’t ever want your brand to be assigned with something unscrupulous, scammy, or cheating.

Examples are the death penalty(SMU), murder and blind eyes to sexual assault(Baylor), coach fighting an opposing player(Ohio State), and pedophilia(Penn State) to name a few. Bama is headed in that direction for greediness playing pro players to win a few regular season games.
