Richdoing kettlebell swings today... 3 sets, gymnast ring
holds, planks…building back slow from tearing ligament in arm…got to get back to
this.:goes so quick if not staying active each day..1% each day. no excuses..have a complete free weight gym.

Your eating habits must be on point to stay lean roofer. That’s were I always fail myself is in the kitchen.had to take 6 months off..feel sloppy and lost some momentum after a small ligament tear. had a goal of doing 42 pull ups before turning 43. tore it trying to achieve that : ( good lesson and very humbling.
