archie, what are you doing to mitigate injury, body alignment issues? been my achilles heal. keep getting injured

lots of mobility work for spinal extension, rotation and side bending, more mobility for hips.

I switch up planes of movement, modes, modalities ect to prevent from over use. lots of cross training.

I prioritize sleep as better than any legal ergogenic aid.

multi micro dosages of small movement mobility patterns intertwined with regular habits. eg: neck mobility work at every red light or loading circle on computer, single leg balance during brushing and microwave times. deep lunge at every bottom stair when intake a stair case. open book thoracic openers any time i take. long hallway to podcast studio

doing kettlebell swings today... 3 sets, gymnast ring
holds, planks…building back slow from tearing ligament in arm…got to get back to
this.:goes so quick if not staying active each day..1% each day. no excuses..have a complete free weight gym.

that’s kind of you and women so brutal at times. i am a great once a week boyfriend but anything more than that and it’s too much for me 😆

i had to take 6 months off..feel sloppy and lost some momentum after a small ligament tear. had a goal of doing 42 pull ups before turning 43.
tore it trying to achieve that : ( good lesson and very humbling.

Your eating habits must be on point to stay lean roofer. That’s were I always fail myself is in the kitchen.
