I've been trying to walk more. Rather than driving to get the mail down the block I have started to walk. It's not far but at least it's a start
At the beginning it was crazy I used to Lysol down my mail. Now thankfully I haven't gotten it in years

Yeah, I’ve been following that story off and on through social media. Apparently the stepbrother was obsessed with the girl and he is the prime suspect although the FBI hasn’t arrested him and haven’t made any formal statements about what happened
How long have you done that for ? Give it at least two weeks and you will see results. Then again I don't take all the meds you take, although some here might think I should. 188 lbs here, my new goal is 175 which was previously 182.Im stuck on 213

If this goes another month then its the pills. I mean 1750 calories intake and daily jogging i should be losing at least 1.0 per week
