Have you changed anything in your diet compared to the first few weeks you started this, Bob?I figured I’d do an update since it’s been a bit. No real changes.View attachment 76757
So a lot of water in the morning and less for the rest of the day?this is how i lost mine. Ive posted it many times but did it to the extreme
Wow! That's too much water, TT.i took it to another level. If you work day shift. HIghly recommend to wait till weekend or drink more in afternoon.
Ive had days when i woke up and drank 2 to 3 gallons of water and just guzzled it all
Plan on doing it again soon.
For a 6 month period. I had 5 to 7 gallons of water at times
JFC glad you didn’t internally drown yourself, be careful with that ttwarrior.i took it to another level. If you work day shift. HIghly recommend to wait till weekend or drink more in afternoon.

no, not at all Genie. I’ll even admit every once in a while I do cheat a bit here and there, but I am trying to just eat healthier by eating less fast food, fried foods, etc..Have you changed anything in your diet compared to the first few weeks you started this, Bob?
Maybe you should start implementing some kind of weight training & cardio to your lifestyle to shed the next the 10-15 lbs.no, not at all Genie. I’ll even admit every once in a while I do cheat a bit here and there, but I am trying to just eat healthier by eating less fast food, fried foods, etc..
I've heard of this diet. Aren't there some serious drawbacks/risks with it? Did your body chemistry get messed up? That much water can wipe out your potassium levels as well as other essential minerals.i took it to another level. If you work day shift. You're doing great. It's just a minor setback. Don't get discouraged.no, not at all Genie. I’ll even admit every once in a while I do cheat a bit here and there, but I am trying to just eat healthier by eating less fast food, fried foods, etc..
Pee will turn into pure white instead of yellowish. ScaryI've heard of this diet. Aren't there some serious drawbacks/risks with it? Did your body chemistry get messed up? That much water can wipe out your potassium levels as well as other essential minerals.
I do these 24-36 fasts all the time, yes my piss turns clear it’s all water coming out lol. It’s definitely torture at 1st, but if you do it enough it will get easier & the benefits for your body are so worth it IMO.Pee will turn into pure white instead of yellowish. Scary
Don't need to drink more than 1 liter of water upon waking anything more is dangerous. More isn't better. The protein and water daily recommended by " some experts" are just ridiculous and cause more harm than good.i took it to another level. If you work day shift. HIghly recommend to wait till weekend or drink more in afternoon.
