Felt it a little bit messing with the pool brush and nets last month, but outside of that it's finally healing. I can push and find pain, but it's not affecting me.

When working out, I was careful this summer, and it wasn't a problem.

But shoulders hurt now, swelled up AC joint and don't even know why, been like that since December, and tweaked the other should when I didn't let go of the lat pull machine (was using wristguard on the hand to protect the elbow).

Might need to use those knees to repair the shoulders, elbow be damned!!!

If it's not one thing, it's the next.

I don’t keep up with it much but curious why @KVB posts are getting deleted.

Valuable member of the community.

I enjoy hearing what he has to say and more importantly, I like to try and learn from his gambling and investing strategies.

Hope he starts posting again and whatever’s going on stops.

Like I said I don’t know exactly the extent of it but canceling a valuable poster is seemingly par for the course across the street and thankfully hasn’t been here for the most part.

Just my two cents for what it’s worth.
