Sometimes I can’t believe my “average daily screen time”

I hardly ever see kids outside playing ball, etc., like we used to for hours upon hours

Nowadays most kids have their faces buried in their phones all hours of the day

I agree. It's wild how screen time has taken over. Kids today miss out on the outdoor play we enjoyed. Hopefully, we can find a better balance

We're becoming more dependent on it but I'm happier without it.
