Attaching the email I received.. this is the first genuine response I’ve gotten that wasn’t some copy and pasted BS.

HOPEFULLY this leads to some changes there. I’m fighting the fight for us all.

will continue updating..
At least you got a thoughtful response

I have never played there and do not plan to but will have to raise payout concerns to them , this is what we can do to ensure players have a fair shake

Anybody else no longer receiving promos? Seems like they realized the bonuses were too generous (they were) and got them into trouble, which is probably leading to the slow-pay issues.
This is 100% what happened because those bonuses were by far the best in the industry. Basically never ending 100% cash bonuses with 10x rollover lol

That being said I don’t see any bonuses anymore either. Hopefully they claw themselves out enough to pay us out

Betwhale does state in their terms that they can limit withdrawal. Whatever. But the fact that they say that, but then don't follow their own terms when it comes to approvals just really grinds me.

I'm at almost 2 weeks on my approval. What they don't understand is that slow pay is one thing, but the way they do it adds salt to the wound. I have been scammed many times, but the bulllshit they claim makes it much worse. Undescribed technical payment issues for months. Just tell me your getting $300 per month until we go bankrupt.

Now that Looselines is updated hopefully BetWhale is next.

I have had accounts with Loose lines for over 5 years and it has always been positive (they have paid multiple payouts). I recently hit my rollover and have a balance of a little more than 15k. Over three weeks 7.5k was paid $2,500 each week.

Last week my 4th payment was denied. I was told my limit was cut to 1k and my payout needed to be requested again at the lower amount. I was told I needed to speak to Nick T which I did. I was not entirely please with what I was told. The term non-recreational player should not be used as justification to limit or manipulate someone's funds. I bet large amounts on mostly favorite moneylines. Today I had 50k between Denver Nuggets vs Clippers and NY Knicks VS Detroit (not with looselines). Both favorites dug deep holes and trailed in the 4th, but won. This does not make me non-recreational, and this is the way I have always bet. I lost over 200k on the Superbowl and no one who took my money called me non-recreational then.

I have read these reports and complaints, and I discussed the concerns with Nick about payments. Everything about the new management and issues with the former ownership is true. Nick did assure me that my payouts would be honored and did make efforts to make sure I was comfortable continuing to deposit and wager with them. I was assured I would be paid on Monday, and I will report the update on the 21st.

I cannot speak for other people, but I will honestly report my situation with LooseLines payouts.

Does a bunch of complaints to regulators do anything? Does any have that information? They won't provide any license information.
I’ve been trying this as well.

Thanks to AI here’s the steps they suggested. I reached out to both of the first two places a month ago and just followed up again w them yesterday.

So far no luck.

To report illegal gambling in Anjouan, you should contact the **Anjouan Gaming Authority**, which oversees gambling regulations in the jurisdiction. The primary regulatory bodies are the **Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA)** and **Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. (ALSI)**, also known as Anjouan Gaming. They handle licensing and compliance, including addressing illegal gambling activities.

### Contact Information:
- **Anjouan Gaming (Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.)**:
- Website: [anjouangaming.com](https://anjouangaming.com)[](https://anjouangaming.com/)
- Contact: You can reach out via their official website’s support or contact form for inquiries or complaints. They emphasize transparency and player safety, so they should have a process for reporting illegal activities.
- Note: Their website may provide specific email addresses or a complaint submission form for reporting issues.

- **Gaming Control Anjouan**:
- Website: [gamingcontrolanjouan.org](https://gamingcontrolanjouan.org)[](https://gamingcontrolanjouan.org/)
- Contact: They offer a dispute resolution process that can be used for reporting illegal gambling. You can file a complaint through their website if the issue involves a licensed operator or suspected illegal activity.[](https://gamingcontrolanjouan.org/gaming-disputes/)
- Process: First, attempt to resolve the issue with the operator. If unresolved, submit a complaint to Gaming Control Anjouan with details of the illegal activity.

- **General Guidance**:
- If you cannot find direct contact details, you can reach out to **Anjouan Corporate Services**, the authorized agent for licensing applications, as they may direct you to the appropriate authority. Their contact may be available through [comorosservices.com](https://comorosservices.com).[](https://www.comorosservices.com/verify-licenses)
- For anonymity, consider using a VPN or Tor browser when submitting reports online to protect your identity, as suggested for reporting illegal gambling in other jurisdictions.[](https://www.justanswer.com/criminal-law/nv0kn-report-illegal-gambling-website-i-ve.html)
