Edit by BMR Staff:

We spoke with SportsBetting. They've been in touch with the OP on what she needs to do for her account to be reinstated.

--------

Posting this again. Hopefully I don't get censored this time.

I made an account with them and everything was fine until I tried withdrawing 2 months or so after making the account. I had profited around $10k at this point. They asked for some ID verification, which was fine. I submitted everything they asked for.

After their "review", they decided they weren't paying the winnings out. Poof. $10k stolen with no explanation.

As seen above, I was told the security documents failed their review and therefore they are stealing the winnings. They paid me my deposit amount that's it. They still never gave an answer as to why they "failed" or what I did wrong.

I am going thru the same thing with BetDSI.eu (https://forum.bookmakersreview.com/threads/betdsi-f-tier.61113/) right now and from the feedback I'm getting from everyone here on BMR is that we are out of luck. Books like these have zero tolerance for sharp-action/winners so if you win anything considerable, they will STIFF you and that you would be even lucky/should be grateful to get your deposits back...

Not gonna lie. $18k to them is nothing. However BetOnline/SB’s security department is filled with half chill and half insane people. Can’t really say anything until I straight up see the documents which obviously you aren’t gonna wanna show. All I know is one time back in the day I turned $100 in to $9800 and had to deal with their security department. Asked me all sorts of weird a$$ questions and eventually paid me. I do know that they don’t ask for ID or selfi unless you fail their security call. There’s definitely more to the story. You should be paid no matter what but you should be a little more honest.

Did you call them to the number they asked you to call? If so what was said?

What did the message/letter say where you were told they would be confiscating your balance?

If everything you say is correct and your documents are legit this should be a solvable situation given the BOL family are not scumbags unlike some other operations. Although they still have lots of clueless people working for them, so often it's just a matter of getting the correct person to have a look at your case.

Dude I got KYCed at sports betting a couple weeks ago and had an account there for 2 years. The agent went crazy on me and was yelling at me for my ip being in a different city 15 min from my address city. She made me sent in a utility bill for no reason and I called management and complained about here and got told I shouldn’t have been KYCed and got a $200 freeplay

I was asking Sportsguy, sorry I forgot to quote.

Good for you that you were compensated for their shitty behavior, ideally it should have been deducted from the agent's pay check.

Yes, I called. They said they would be paying the deposit amount and that's it. They wouldn't answer directly when I asked why they won't pay the winnings.

The message where they said they won't pay the winnings is in the images above. Let me know if you can't see it.

OK, yeah I can see it.

I've never really had an issue like this with BOL/SB (I've never used SB), so I don't have any advice really on what to do next. Hopefully someone else here has.

SportsGUY huh ? Starting out with a lie is not gonna help you..

Kind of my thought here - not that a female can’t have a username that indicates they are a male - more along the lines of how many sports bettors are women vs the percentage who are scammers using family members identities to bypass restrictions/limits or otherwise cheat a book.

Ain’t it funny how many people try to cheat and then get caught in a KYC verification and can’t pickup a phone and talk to someone at the book. Jesus, you’d think some of these deadbeats could at least go to the bingo hall and bribe some old lady to talk to a sportsbook and pretend to be the person who they claimed they were when signing up for a new account after being shut out for chargebacks under their real names.

SportsGuy here. Had to make a burner since I was banned without the chance to respond. Also, BMR won’t respond to my emails

I am not a female, nor is the account in a female’s name. Happy to prove my identity in a safe manner.

There’s something extremely crooked going on here. It’s one three things
1) SBAG is lying to BMR
2) BMR is lying to us
3) They are working together to help steal money

SportsBettingAG has NOT given me any ways of “reinstating” my account. They have given no communication since they said they wouldn’t pay the winnings, aside from paying the deposit amount. They haven’t replied to any of my recent emails.
