Yikes I was just suggesting you stop the unhealthy diet you're on, not to pick another unhealthy diet.

It’s 3 days on & 4 days off it’s not everyday. It helps jump start a weekly calorie deficit. You’ve never had a weight issue in your life besides failing to gain weight lol, so you wouldn’t understand the struggle is real for most of us.
