JJ, I think there are different levels of "technical" on the forum.
Wide spectrum amoungst posters here at BMR.

• KVB - full analytic type w/ market reads.
• LT/Jrgum/Franz - data driven, number crunching w/ spreads.
• Diggity/Bigjay/JDS - technically sound with stats indicating where to find +EV.
• Sunshine - Trend reader
• Brock - Shoots from the hip using experience and knowledge
• Sammy - Strictly experience based picks (except Tennis - huge knowledge base there).
• Bobby - Throwing darts

I left quite a few off because I'm not sure where they would end up on the list (Leisure, Broncos, Quantum, RDalert, etc....).

And, some posters like Sammy use varying degrees of technical review to make picks depending upon the sport.

We had a good day yesterday and you can thank @charliebrown for highlighing some games and getting me posting some analysis.

Hoping to make a daily analysis thread giving an idea of what we expect the market to do and what's pinging Contrarian Fund wise along with other metrics.

A lot of action in these next few months, and mountains of info to sort through, I'll try my best to stay engaged with posting.

For now, back to the salt mines.
