I can imagine the family conversation about you. Can you imagine what your family must say about you? If you are truly a "he/she" I would pay good money to be a fly on the wall and hear your family talk about the embarrassment and disgust you bring to your family. I truly don't believe you are who you say you are though but lets just say you are. I truly feel sorry for your family and the embarrassing and shameful conversations that is about you. Whatever happened in your life for you to take medicine and whatever else you have done to transform into a woman is a complete disgrace.
