Your experience was much what I had getting paid around this time last year with them except then it was 2k at a time and a few towards the end 1k installments. Cannot remember her name (Mia ?) - but would submit request and after about 3 days check in when it wasn’t processed - I’d get some line about needing to resubmit for a lesser amount.

First it would be like I requested 2k and didn’t deduct a fee of $15 or something so that put me to back of que - so I started requesting like 1975 at a time and kept in winning - then it became we can only pay 1k and had to use a different method to pay me - BUT THEY DID PAY.

Would I be loading up with them - nope. But if you’re the type of player who is willing to accept risk for a huge bonus - they are your place I guess. Personally I’ve found enough of a bonus elsewhere to not need them.

had just over 25k in there. got 5k payout in under 24 hours as my first payout. They didn't end up requesting any documentation for KYC, but i was happy to provide it if they requested. Willy did email updates throughout the day to keep me informed (very much appreciated). Overall very smooth. I had a small question about the payout conversion rate and Willy is looking into it to rectify, ... a very minor question. 5k per payout max, 3x per week max. Willy provided a great CS experience, especially w the email updates.

1k a week is ridiculously low — especially if:

- The book fails to advise you of this in advamce
- The book is offering limits in excess of $500 per side

In effect saying we are happy to take your money when you lose - but if you manage to win we will pay on OUR terms.

I get having a 2-3k weekly limit as a book hanging a big bonus. At the same time - if you’re offering a bonus up to 100% on a 1k deposit - you damn well better have the ability to pay a customer 3x their deposit amount in a week. It’s it unreasonable for a player to actually win more than 1 bet and expecting cash flow to be one sided is a clear tip off of who you’re dealing with. There are kids running sportsbooks out of their dorm room who offer higher limits of payouts and faster.
