I still use Betnow occasionally but they are no longer one of my main books. I think they have gone downhill a bit. To be honest I use them mostly for their sweet bonuses when and if I can get them.
What happened to bigjay happened to me a while back but they corrected it. And I got the same phone call too 5 days ago but called back a few times to confirm I was eligible and each time I called they said no because I took a payout. I told them I was bait and switched before and don’t want to deal with that again. I went on live chat and they said I was not eligible but then I told them about the previous conversations etc then they said I was eligible. Not sure what the hell is going on but I do like them when they run things smooth. They sent me a message in my portal I’m eligible for the bonus , but I requested them to do that. It’s hard to believe they are doing this with people. I want to deposit but don’t want an issue again. But every time I was promised a bonus I got it. I do like the book and always been paid promptly.

It shouldn't have to require an arguement if the book is legit, right?

Not worth it in my opinion to take the chance. I tried arguing with them nicely after I made my deposit to take advantage of the bonus offer but they were jerks about it and like @Tanko said seemed so confused.

It’s hard to believe that they are that big where there is so much staff they are not communicating or talking with each other ?? You think everyone is in one room ? I don’t know about all of them but a few of them for sure know about all the forums and are aware of posters posting on them as well as posts about them. That’s why I find it very weird for them to be doing this.
