Fun fact......
during the first week of the season (8 days), home teams win over 80% of their games.

• 2023 81%
• 2024 79%
• 2025 85% (1st 3 days)

Which makes sense since a lot of big schools schedule no-names for the first couple games to get "tuned up"........

But, did you know that home teams also cover the spread regularly.

• 2023 55%
• 2024 56%
• 2025 58% (1st 3 days)

It drops off quite a bit after the first week. I think we have more data and the lines start catching up.

Hey Tanko do you play totals at all in college? I seem to be playing them a lot so far this season with decent success. Spreads can be tricky this early in the season because they're so wide but I also play them when I see value. Just wondering buddy good luck this season I look forward to seeing your plays and hopefully lots of winners.

Southern Indiana didn't cover after leading most of the game. It went to OT but should never have gone that far. S. Ind up by 1 with 2 seconds left and they foul. WTH? Foul with 1 second left.....

If Bucknell makes both FTs and we cover in regulation. They make 1 and it goes to OT and lose the cover. Unbelievable.

I'll hit on a total if I see one I like but I don't focus on them much. Probably only 10% of my play.
