Offshore I can get any customer service agent under two minutes

BOL customer service used to be shit. Not sure now but 2020 about i deposited for a 50% bonus. Lost it all, no pending wagers. Deposited a week later and they combined both rollovers. Took days to get resolved but leaving old rollovers intact is shady
