My brother & his girlfriend came over last night for Easter dinner, we made a rustic Italian sausage stew. Roasted all the vegetables in Italian seasoning for some added flavor. Simmered the sausages in beer first, and didn’t even need that jar of Prego for extra sauce - the tomatoes were enough.
