Not afraid to try to get both teams here as underdogs.

But it will likely take an early Rutgers lead to pick that up on Iowa.

I have already identified this game as a candidate for such a move and have set odd limits to look for LIVE, already, subject to change with line and news movement throughout the week.

Those were the first strikes we tried and all attempts failed.

Very FRUSTRATING but low stakes at the open so not the end of the world.
