Have you ever cried due to a gambling loss?
Crying is a great thing to do and it releases emotions that need to be let out. Stress "tightens muscles and heightens tension, so when you cry you release some of the tension. Crying activates the parasympathetic nervous system and restores the body to a state of balance. Do not be ashamed in crying. I often cry in movies when i get a good feeling. I cried during the movie Rudy at the end when they started to chant "Rudy Rudy Rudy" and various other " feel good" movies. There is nothing wrong with it and no need to hide the tears. I hold Zoom prayer services and now I will be doing Zoom crying sessions. It is a great way to relieve some stress, if you want to do a crying session let me know. God Bless

I have healed many through my prayer services. I suggest you join some in the future if you are ever in desperation or in need of a win. Enjoy your day and be kind to the next man.
Are you a shaman, fly? haha

"Enjoy your day and be kind to the next man." ---> even to those people who don't deserve your kindness.

Some people see it as a sign of weakness but I don't believe it is
A lot of people always misinterpret your feelings when they see you cry. Thank you for seeing it like that Bob, but yeah, not all people understand. I learned my lesson the hard way and choose not to cry in front of people I can't trust.

Sorry Flyingillini, I've never literally cried over a lost bet. Angry? Yes.

Thinking back, I believe since growing up, I've only cried at funerals. I guess, I missed getting the emotional gene from god.

Side story. My daughter was kind of upset I didn't cry at her wedding. She really thought I would break down when I saw her on her wedding day. I was telling her I was happy for her but, nope. She wanted tears. I failed her. :duh:

OMG, yes! I remember the time you ask a suggestion for your daughter's wedding, Tank!
