Avg college game is 26 possessions for both teams. These two teams avg ~10 possessions each per game due to the ball control.

Fewer possessions = fewer scoring opportunities = Under

I wonder if anyone had an open-ended 16-teamer where they played the under 16 straight years?

Just wanted to point out, that if the total was set at 32 for the last 16 years. It would’ve went 9-7 to the over.
