I know he's gone. It's just as well I guess.

I hate to see him go, but if he doesn't want to be a Raider then he's got to go.

They will get tremendous compensation for him. They will be seeking 2 firsts as a starting point.

For teams that pick at the bottom of the first round in the 30s, like the Eagles, they will ask for more.

Raiders have a lot of leverage having Maxx locked up until 2029. New team wouldn’t have to worry about signing him. Just making sure they have the cap space.

That gives me an idea - each year, they should take the 4 worst teams and put them in their own division, so one of them would be guaranteed a home playoff game. How awesome would it be if either the Raiders, Jets, Titans, or Cardinals made the playoffs next year!
